Tofu recipe (2 servings):
400 gram firm & dry tofu
3-4 tbsp tamari soy sauce
1/4 tsp smoked paprika powder
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp cumin
1 tsp sesame seeds (optional)

– Pat the tofu dry if too wet with a paper towel
– Cut tofu into cubes
– Place cubes into a flat bowl and sprinkle spices and tamari sauce on the tofu
– Turn the tofu around carefully until spices and soy sauce are covering the tofu, I used two butter knives. Let sit for 10 min.
– Spread evenely on a parchment lined tray and bake at 225 C / 437 F for 25 min or until crispy.
– Let cool for 5 minutes and then remove from parchment paper.
