sharing what i ate today in this video. Some super healthy (not all) vegan ideas on what to have for breakfast lunch and dinner and snacks. I am making avocado toast with eggs, fruits as a snack, baked sweet potato with child and salad, a mug cake and also some potato wedges for dinner. all items can be recreated to be vegan. all are super healthy and even some great ideas to pack for lunch to school or work.
