RECIPE:

1 ½ lb. fingerling potatoes, washed and cut in half lengthwise
6 cloves garlic, diced
3 sprigs (1 Tbs) fresh rosemary
2 Tbs extra virgin olive oil
½ tsp kosher salt

Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Place all ingredients on a sheet pan and stir together. Roast potatoes for 20 minutes or until tender.
