They are abundantly available in the summer and have a high percentage of water content in them making them cooling and hydrating. Muskmelon not only has a delicious aroma but they also taste amazing. Their seeds contain many health benefits as well.

– Muskmelon (Finely cut pieces) – 1 Medium size
– Apple/Mango (Finely cut pieces) – 1/2
– Chia/Subja Seeds – ½ tsp

Combine all in a blender and puree until smooth, about 1 minute, adding water to reach the desired consistency.
