Stir Fried Broccoli, 155 calories per serving
Broccoli, 200g, cut into bite-size pieces
Straw Mushroom, 100g, cut into bite-size pieces
Carrot, Half, cut into bite-size pieces
Vegetable Oil, 2 tbsp
Garlic, 2 cloves, minced
Salt & Pepper to taste
How to cook:
Get the pan on the medium high heat, and add the vegetable oil
add garlic and stir fry until it looks a bit golden
then add carrot and cook for 1 or 2 minutes
add straw mushroom
If it is too dry, add a dash of water
Let the vegetables cook for 1 minutes
then add Salt & pepper and stir fry for another minute and Done!
