How To Make Healthy Breakfast Pancakes | 4 Healthy Pancakes

Recipe –
1. Peanut Butter Pancake

Cooking Time: 15-20 Mins
Calories: Approx. 200/Serving

Ingredients:

1 Cup Wheat Flour
1 TBSP Peanut Butter
1 Cup Milk
1 Egg
A pinch of salt
A dash of jaggery powder
1/2 Tbsp Baking Powder
1 TBSP Oil
Honey to satisfy your sweet tooth

Recipe:

Add Wheat flour and Peanut Butter in a bowl. Add a cup of milk and an egg to the mixture. Add salt to taste along with a dash of jaggery powder and 1/2 Tbsp baking powder. Whisk the mixture.
Heat the cooking pan. Add 1Tbsp of Oil and spread it. Pour the batter into the heated pan and let it cook until golden brown. Upturn to cook the other side too. Serve the hot and healthy pancakes with a generous topping of Honey!

2. Raagi Pancakes
Cooking Time: 15-20 Minutes
Calories: Approx. 200/Serving

Ingredients:
1 Cup Raagi Flour
1 Cup Milk
1 Egg
A dash of Gur Powder (Jaggery Powder)
1/2 Tsp Baking Powder
1 TBSP Oil
Gur Sauce (Jaggery Sauce)- As per sweet tooth

Recipe:
Take 1 Cup Raagi Flour in a bowl and add a cup of milk to it. Add one egg, a dash of jaggery powder and 1/2 Tsp Baking Powder to the mixture and whisk. Add and spread 1 TBSP Oil on a heating pan. Pour the pancake batter into the pan and spread to make the pancake. Cook on both sides. Healthy Raagi pancakes are ready. Enjoy with Gur Sauce (Jaggery Sauce) on the top!

3. Whole Wheat Cocoa Powder Pancakes:

Cooking Time: 15-20 Minutes
Calories: Approx. 200/Serving

Ingredients:
1 Cup Wheat Flour
1 TBSP Cocoa Powder
1 Cup Milk
1 Egg
A dash of Gur Powder (Jaggery Powder)
1/2 Tsp Baking Powder
1 TBSP Malai (Cream)
Honey to Taste

Recipe:
Take 1 Cup Whole Wheat Flour in a bowl and add 1 TBSP Cocoa Powder to it. Then add a cup of milk to it, 1 egg, a dash of jaggery powder and 1/2 Tsp Baking Powder to the mixture and whisk. Then add 1 TBSP Malai (Cream) and whisk again.
Add and spread 1 TBSP Oil on a heating pan. Pour the pancake batter into the pan and spread to make the pancake. Cook on both sides. Healthy Whole Wheat pancakes are ready. Enjoy with Honey on the top!

4. Oats Whole Wheat Pancakes:
Cooking Time: 15-20 Minutes
Calories: Approx. 200/Serving

Ingredients:
1 Cup Oats Flour
1 Cup Wheat Flour
1 Cup Milk
1 Egg
A dash of Gur Powder (Jaggery Powder)
1/2 Tsp Baking Powder
Salt to Taste
Apple Sauce to taste

Recipe:
Take 1 Cup Whole Wheat Flour and 1 Cup Oats Flour in a bowl and add a cup of milk to it, 1 egg, a dash of jaggery powder and 1/2 Tsp Baking Powder to the mixture, Salt to taste and whisk.
Add and spread 1 TBSP Oil on a heating pan. Pour the pancake batter into the pan and spread to make the pancake. Cook on both sides. Healthy Oats Whole Wheat pancakes are ready. Enjoy with Apple Sauce on the side!
