HOW TO EAT HEALTHY: Breakfast, lunch and dinner ideas// What I eat as an athlete

Hey guys, a lot of people have been asking me what I eat or how to eat healthy so I thought I would put together a little video with some of my go to meals that are super healthy and pretty easy to make! These are just a few of the meals I regularly eat, definitely not everything! My diet consists of whole foods with lots and lots of veggies, and fruits, and I mainly eat things like:
healthy fat sources: nuts, seeds, avocado
complex carbs: oats, brown rice, sweet potato, potato
protein sources: fish (salmon and tuna often), chicken, eggs
however this is not limited at all! I think a balanced diet is necessary to live a wholesome life so it is important to not be too restrictive and worried about food as an unhealthy relationship with food has so many negative impacts. Thank you for watching and your support! X
