Ingredients: ( for fig walnut oatmeal recipe)
Serves 3

dried figs – 2 ( hard stem removed & finely chopped )
walnuts – 1/4 cup or 70 gms ( crushed )
oats – 1/2 cup ( or 100 gms )
milk – 2.5 cups ( or 600 ml )
honey – 1 tsp ( per serving bowl )
