Dates and Nuts Energy Bar Recipe –

Ingredients –
50 gram Cashew Nuts (Kaju)
50 gram Almonds (Badam)
50 gram Walnuts (Akhrot)
25 gram Dry Coconut crushed
50 gram Magajtari Seeds (Melon Seeds)
2 tblsps Pista
400 gram Dates (Khajur)
2 tblsps Poppy Seeds (Khas Khas)
2 tblsps Ghee
Magajtari Seeds and Pista Slices for Garnish

Cover it with a clean wrap and let it set in a refrigerator for 2 hours. Enjoy nutritious and healthy energy bar 😊
