Broccoli “Cheddar”Soup : A Paleo Recipe Your whole family will LOVE.

Here’s What you need :

Four Soup Base:
2 Tbsp Ghee
1 Small Onion
2 Cloves Garlic Minced
2 Cups Chicken Stock

For the Cheese:
Combine in Blender and Add to Soup
1 Cup Raw Cashews Soaked in water for 1 hour & Drained

1/4 Cup almond milk ( Or milk of choice)
1/2 Cup nutritional Yeast

1/2 tsp Paprika, Salt, Pepper, Turmeric, Ground Mustard
1/2 Squeezed Lemon
Salt and Cayenne to Taste

This recipe for Healthy Broccoli “Cheese” Is pretty self explanatory and insanely easy to make because you really cant mess it up. If you have never tried nutritional yeast before, its a flavor filled superfood that you definitely want to start incorporating into your diet. It is the base for the “Cheese” we made for this delicious paleo soup.

You guys my husband Kyle is a Broccoli Cheddar Soup Addict, He loves it and is usually pretty picky about it. Im so happy to report he did not even know there wasn’t real cheese in this. My kids absolutely loved it and I was so excited to feed them a dinner packed with protein.
