They are delicious and nutritious, each smoothy only containing between 250 – 350 calories. Pour into cups and drink immediately for a delicious, healthy and energizing drink. 1 large banana – or 3 mini bananas
1 mango
1 cup of spinach – 2 handfuls
1 tsp of raw ginger – 6 gr
1 cup coconut milk – or any other milk you like
ice cubes

Optional Ingredients:
Then add any of your favourite superfoods to the mix if you like!
-1 heaped tbsp chia seeds
1 heaped tbsp vanilla protein powder
½ tsp acai powder
1 heaped tsp maca
