This is a full day of eating in a new format to my normal vlog style; let me know which one you prefer.
The protein balls recipe is
50g Protein (I used My Protein Chocolate Smooth)
50g Rolled Oats
50g Desiccated Coconut
Mix all ingredients in the food processor and then roll into balls. Refrigerate overnight and enjoy!
