Wholegaram Masala
Fennel seeds) – 1 tsp
Curry Leaves – 1 Spiring
Peanut – 15 nos
Lemon Juice – 1 Tbsp

(1 : 1 & 1/2) ,( 1 cup Basmati Rice : 1 & 1/2 cup Water)

(2 : 3) , (2 cup Basmati Rice : 1 & 1/2 cup water + 1 & 1/2 cup) coconut milk)

for 2 cup Basmati Rice:
(2 : 3 ), (2 cup Basmati Rice : 3 cup Water)
for more taste
(1: 1 & 1/2) , (2 cup Basmati Rice : 3/4 cup water + 3/4 cup coconut milk)
